Note: After deletion, you will not be able to use Wafi services
without creating a new account.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account Information: Name, phone number, email
- Conversation History: All messages exchanged
- Usage Data: Your interactions with our services
- Preferences: Your personal settings
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to: privacy@sportmore-iq.com
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include: Your full name and phone number
- Wait for confirmation within 48 hours
Processing Time
- Receipt acknowledgment: 48 hours
- Identity verification: 1-3 business days
- Deletion completion: Within 30 days
Excepted Data
We may retain data required for legal compliance, such as financial transaction records and pending legal disputes.
